1. Talk to Locksmith Dorothy in Heine.
2. Kill Crokian and Crokian Warriors,
which are located in the vicinity of Field of Whispers. You must receive all five parts:
* Victim's Arm Bone
* Victim's Spine
* Victim's Skull
* Victim's Rib Bone
* Victim's Thigh Bone
3. You will also receive a bunch of Useless Bone Pieces, no

4. After this, come to Dorothy, she will direct you to Dark Elf XeNetvia (also in
Heine)
5. Talk to XeNetvia, buy 'Powder to Summon Dead Souls' for 1000a
6. Talk to Soul Urn/Medium Jar next to XeNetvia (you can get two
different answers in a conversation, the final reward depends on this).
7. Head back to Dorothy for the last conversation and get your reward:
Bills of Iason Heine can be exchanged from Roman (Blacksmith I think) for adena or
materials.
