Talk to Claudia Athebalt in Town of Aden . She will send you to Oracle Captain John in Town of Gludio .
Teleport to Gludio, go to the northern exit from the city, find the Chief of the Oracle Guard John there.
Talk to John, he will give you a Dawnguard Identity Card and send you to the local temple of Einhasad, to High Priest Raymond.
Talk to Raymond. He will tell you that you must get inside the Secret Oracle and get something from there. He will also give you the secret code for the door to the library inside the Oracle. You can write it down on a piece of paper or use the game tools to save notes (alt+b -> Notes -> Write). After this, Raymond will turn you into a Guard (transformations are different for male and female characters). The Guard has the “Hide” skill, which makes you invisible, but removes all buffs (except for the “Berserker” buff), reduces Speed ​​by 30%, and if you perform any action other than moving, the invisibility effect is removed.
Using the Dawn Beam Teleporter located on the southern side of the temple, you need to teleport inside the Secret Oracle. Before you go through the Identity Verification Device, make sure that you have learned how to use the Hide skill so that you can update it in time. Completing the instance can take from 5-6 minutes to an hour (if you don’t meet the hour, you’ll have to go through it again).
Pass the Identity Verification Device and open the door, go to the Oracle.

After you have gone all the way and witnessed the ritual, you need to go to the other side of this room and you will find yourself at the code entry device. Enter the code given by High Priest Raymond.
After entering the code you will be taken to the library. Continuing to use stealth, click on the bookcase located at the 1st corner on the right side. After receiving the Contract of Emperor Shunaiman, you will be able to teleport back to Gludio.
Back in Gludio, talk to High Priest Raymond. He will send you to Heine, to Iason Heine.
Go to Hein, find Jason Hein in the Vault building and talk to him. The quest is over.
