In search of treasure

NPC:Trader Espen
Rewards: 

1. Conquest of Alligator Island is a quest with
prerequisite. Starts in Heine, go to the weapons shop (weapons and armor
shop), talk to Trader Espen

2. Show him the map and talk to him.

3. Then he will offer you a choice. If you choose to sell the card, you will receive 1000
adena and that's all over. If you tell him you don't want to sell
map, he will continue the dialogue, at the end of which you will receive the Decrypted Map
(desciphered treasure map).

4. Now you have a quest, use the locator - it will show you where it is
sunken treasure (same place every time). IMPORTANT: Before you go,
make sure you have Key of Thief in your inventory, it is required to open
chest.

5. Come to the place, dive and swim to the coral reef. Right on your chest
3 Great Sharks are waiting and they are aggressive.

6. Open the chest (Chest), inside you will find a random set of items, usually
adena + 1-2 items
Possible chest contents include:
500/800/1000/1300 or 1600 adena
1-2 Blue Onyx (priced at 500 adena each)
Mechanical Golem Spare Part (price 2,500 adena)
Emerald Stone (price 10,000 adena)
Feriotic Porcelain Urn (price 10,000 adena)
