The easiest way to find Trader Galman is to travel to Dragon Valley at Giran Gatekeeper. You will find yourself literally next to Galman.
When you arrive, talk to him, he will say that he is looking for Stones of Contract, which are now in the hands of the Succubi of this area. He will also pay handsomely for every stone brought to him.
If you kill Malruk Succubi and Malruk Succubi Turen, you will receive Stones of Contract.
You can collect as many of them as you like and bring them to Trader Galman for a fee.
