NPC: Rewards: Talk to Gatekeeper Roxxy.
Tell her that you want to go to Giran. She will send you to Einhasad Temple (the temple next to Roxxy) to Magister Baulro.
Talk to Magister Baulro. Tell him that you want to travel and visit big cities like Giran to expand your knowledge but cannot afford it. He will give you Baulro's Letter and send it to Sir Collin Windawood, who is standing near the Obelisk of Victory. You can get there on foot or through Gatekeeper Roxxy for 200 adena.
Talk to Sir Collin Windawood. Tell him that Baulro asked to visit him and is delivering a letter to Sir Collin Windawood. He will take the letter and send you to Gatekeeper Roxxy. Talk to Gatekeeper Roxxy and tell her that Magister Baulro has recommended that Sir Collin Windawood help you with your journey.
Get the Scroll of Escape to Giran Castle Town (in the bag), which will help you move to Giran, and the Traveler's Mark (in the quest items), which you need to show to Trader Galladucci (Luxor Shop - Prestigious Item Hall) in Giran so that he can help you return back.
