Talk to Valdis in the Rune Township Mages Guild.
He will invite you to go to Primeval Isle and kill TyranNetsaurus (lvl 80). For every Tyrannosaurus you kill you will receive a Tyrannosaurus Claw.
Return to Valdis and receive your reward: Clan Reputation Points.
