Talk to Erinu in Kamael Village .
Go to Netrnil's Garden and kill Muertos Guard (lvl 11), Muertos Captain (lvl 15), Muertos Warrior (lvl 14), Muertos Archer (lvl 8), Muertos Commander (lvl 18), Muertos Scout (lvl 12), Muertos Lieutenant (lvl 17).
Once you've collected the 80 Muertos Feather that Erinu asked for, return to the merchant for your reward.
