Path to the Elven Scout

Talk to Master Reisa at the Warrior Guild in Town of Gludio . Receive Reisa's Letter.
Talk to Guard Moretti at the eastern exit of the city.
In Abandoned Camp, kill Ol Mahum Patrol (lvl 21) until you get 4 Prias's 2nd Torn Letter (II Prias's Letter Fragment).
Talk to Guard Moretti . Get Moretti's Letter (Moretti's Letter), Moretti's Herb (Moretti's Plant).
Teleport to Elven Village, and from there to the Neutral Zone. Go north across the road to the stream, find Prias and talk to him.
Kill Quest Monster Ol Mahum Sentry (lvl 17) until you get the Rusted Key.
Talk to Prias again.
In Gludio, talk to Guard Moretti . Receive HoNetrary Guard (Moretti's Letter).
Talk to Master Reisa . Receive Reisa's Recommendation and experience.
Once you reach level 20, talk to Grand Master Rains to become an Elven Scout.
