Talk to Karuda in Crypts of Disgrace .
He will send you to hunt Ghost of a Loyal Vassal (lvl 31), Ghost of a General (lvl 32), Ghost of a Soldier (lvl 29) and collect items. Collect 180 Cursed Grave Goods - they drop with a good chance, so you won't spend much time.
