Go to Devil's Isle and hunt Sairon (lvl 54), Sairon's Doll (lvl 53) and Sairon's Puppet (lvl 53) to obtain Sairon's Silver Hair.
Return to Magister Dieter for a reward of 12070a and 500a for each quest item.
