When you collect 200 Vampire's Heart, return to Mysterious Wizard and receive a reward of 120,000 Adena. You can continue hunting for vampires by selecting the option "Say you'll go and bring more vampire hearts.". (Or simply by closing the dialog window)
You can exchange Zombie's Brain for the following materials at the rate: Mold Lubricant (Underworld Item 5) = 27 Zombie's Brain Enria = 32 Zombie's Brain Mold Hardener = 62 Zombie's Brain Adamantite Nugget = 13 Zombie's Brain
