Walkthrough
Talk to Ashas Varka Durai, the elder of the Varka Silenos at the Varka SileNets Outpost. He needs you to go to the enemy camp and kill the local hero.
Go to the orcs and kill Raid Boss Ketra's Hero Hekaton (lvl 80), who lives in the center of Ketra Orc Outpost. Your party must strike the final blow. Killing him will give you the Head of Hekaton.
Return to Ashas Varka Durai, in gratitude he will give you a quest item for the 4th level of the Totem of Valor alliance.
