Talk to the Orbyu soldier at Keucereus Alliance Base . He will send you to the El soldier right there at the base.
Talk to soldier El. He will send you to Seed of Destruction to search the corpse of Researcher Medival and take important documents from it.
Go to Seed of Destruction, find the corpse of Researcher Medival there and take the Researcher Medival Documents from it.
Return to the Alliance Base to soldier El.
El will send you with this document to the soldier Orbyu for a reward.
Take the document to Orbyu and receive your reward.
