Walkthrough
Ashas Varka Durai, who lives in the village of Varka SileNets Outpost, will ask you to kill the leader of the Ketra Orcs and bring his head as proof.
Kill Raid Boss Ketra's Commander Tayr (lvl 80). Your party must strike the final blow.
Take the resulting Head of Tayr back to Hierarch Ashas Varka Durai. For a brilliant job, he will give you the Totem of Wisdom (Totem of Wisdom) - a quest item for the 5th level of the alliance.
