Magister Alminas asks you to go to the Information Trader Mist from Hot Springs and get the Research Report from him.

Ice Crystals Purpose:
Mist refuses to give you the Report until he receives the Ice Crystals. You can find them at Chef Jeremy in the Hot Springs area.

I Stone of Knowledge Target: Stone of Knowledge
You receive the Amulet of Resonance, with which you can activate the first Stone of Knowledge.

Consecrated Stone Target: Ketra Orc Village

Archon of Khalisha Target: Shrine of Loyalty/Tomb of the Emperors
The next Amulet of Resonance is found in the possession of Archon Khalisha, who resides in the Four Tombs. Never try to deal with it alone!
You can also summon him by attacking his minions in the Shrine of Loyalty. He will appear when you collect 700 Khalisha Signs.
