Officer Tepios in Seed of Infinity received the task of not allowing the undead of their master, Lord of Immortality Ekimus (lvl 85), to be resurrected.
Talk to Tepios and accept the quest.
Don't let Soul Devourer (lvl 81) take over the Heart of Death center.
Return to Tepios for your reward - Vesper Netble Enhance Stone.
To begin this quest, you must complete the Defend the Hall of Erosion quest.
This quest can be completed 1 time per day.
