Talk to Kintaijin at the Stakato Nest entrance. He will ask you to help him.
Hunt Spiked Stakatos and Cannibal Stakatos inside the nest. They will periodically drop Dirty Beads. We need to collect 500 pieces.
Return to Kintaijin, give him the Dirty Bead, get your reward. Now you can teleport from him to the inside of Stakato's Nest for a Multi-colored Jewel (Rainbow Mineral). There you can kill mini-RB Cannibal Commander Stakato.
